Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours, travel planning services, and experiences offered by Let’s Peru It. By confirming a booking and making a payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only once the required deposit has been received. Verbal agreements, written messages, or itinerary discussions do not constitute a confirmed booking without payment.

Due to seasonal demand and limited availability, services and dates cannot be guaranteed until confirmation is completed.

2. Deposit

  • A deposit is required to secure dates, accommodations, guides, transport, and other services.

  • The deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to reserve services and cover administrative and operational costs.

  • The deposit guarantees availability but does not necessarily represent the full cost of the trip.

3. Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

4. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods. All bank fees, transfer costs, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.

Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation or invoicing.

5. Cancellations by the Client

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If a cancellation occurs after the deposit has been paid, any additional payments made may be partially refundable depending on third-party supplier policies (hotels, trains, guides, permits, etc.).

  • No refunds are provided for unused services, late arrivals, early departures, or changes requested after confirmation.

6. Changes to the Itinerary

  • Minor adjustments to the itinerary may occur due to weather, operational reasons, availability, or safety considerations.

  • Let’s Peru It reserves the right to make necessary changes to ensure the best possible experience.

  • Significant changes requested by the client after confirmation may result in additional costs.

7. Travel Requirements and Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Holding a valid passport and any required visas

  • Obtaining appropriate travel insurance

  • Ensuring they are physically and medically fit for the activities involved

Let’s Peru It is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete documentation, personal health conditions, or failure to comply with local laws and regulations.

8. Force Majeure

Let’s Peru It is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

In such cases, refunds are subject to supplier policies, and deposits remain non-refundable.

9. Liability

Let’s Peru It acts as a travel coordinator and is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party service providers.

Participation in travel activities involves inherent risks, and clients accept full responsibility for their participation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment to Let’s Peru It, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
